🔧 Lead Sign Fabricator – Bender Signs (Pollocksville, NC)
Bender Signs is seeking an experienced Lead Sign Fabricator to join our team in Pollocksville, NC. This full-time role offers competitive pay at $25 per hour and includes benefits such as 401(k) matching, life insurance, and vision insurance.​

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and execute tasks based on architectural drawings and schematics.

Fabricate sign components using various tools and techniques, including welding, cutting, drilling, and grinding.

Assemble materials required for sign fabrication, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Perform regular quality checks on finished sign components.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain necessary supplies.

Requirements:

Proficiency in aluminum welding and metal fabrication.

Ability to read and understand structural drawings and schematics.

Experience with hand tools and equipment used in sign fabrication.

Capability to perform heavy lifting and work with power tools.
