A rebrand rollout is a logistics job wearing a sign job’s clothes. The fabrication is the easy half: letter sets and pylon faces, built in batches in our shop to one spec. The hard half is the schedule: each store needs its old identity down and its new one up cleanly, with the pharmacy open the whole time, repeated across eastern North Carolina.
That’s what Bender Signs delivered for Realo Drugs: building letters, pylon cabinets and faces, LED boards, and the door-glass vinyl, location after location. The night photos on this page are the point of the whole program. A pharmacy’s sign works its second shift when someone needs a prescription at 9 p.m., and a consistent lit identity across towns is what makes a regional chain look like one company.
For multi-site operators (restaurant groups, banks, dealer groups, clinic networks) this is the model: one vendor, one drawing set, one point of contact, and a rollout schedule your operations team can live with. We’ve run the playbook.
